Shipping & Returns

Shipment of furniture is the responsibility of the customer and is a contract between the customer and the shipper they choose. Tarheel Home Furnishings is not responsible for any freight charges the customer incurs at any time. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on any items returned for warranty or non warranty issues.

Tarheel Home Furnishings is not responsible for any damages that occur in shipment. Any claim for damages occuring in shipment must be made to the shipper. Once contact has been made to shipper we will be glad to assist you with your claim.
