Terms and Conditions

We require 50% deposit on all special orders (all orders or furniture not in our stock) prior to placing your order, and the remaining balance must be paid upon Tarheel Furniture's receipt of the special order merchandise. If you fail to pay the remaining balance within thirty (30) days of Tarheel receiving the merchandise, your 50% deposit will be forfeited, and the merhandise will be put in Tarheel Home Furnishing's stock for resale.


Tarheel Home Furnishings has a "NO CANCELLATION POLICY". Once the order is placed with Tarheel Home Furnishings any cancellation will not be subject to a refund and will forfeit their deposit.

The customer is responsible for all delivery charges and applicable sales tax.

We do not guarantee the furniture we sell. We sell all furniture "AS IS" without any express or implied warranty either of the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL WARRANTIES are from the manufacturer. If there is a problem with the furniture, we will gladly assist you in dealing with the manufacturer to the process any claims you may have. Our customer service number is 828-313-0311 ext. 19. If you want us to assist you with a warranty claim, you should send us photos and a detailed description of the problem. All claims and photos should be emailed to: sales@furnitureshoppe.com.

Due to our price discounts, we do not deliver or set up furniture in your home. Customers are responsible for deluxing, leveling, drawer and door adjustments, and any minor touch-us that may be needed We will be glad to offer advice.

All floor samples and clearance room sales are "AS IS" and are final. No returns or allowances are permitted.

 

 Returned Check Policy

If your check is dishonored by your bank for any reason, you will be responsible for the full amount of the check as well as any returned check fees incurred by our bank plus our $25 returned check fee.
